You may ask? How does a Rooftop Tune-up save me money?
The answer is that the Heating and Air Conditioning units on your roof control building pressure, filtration, temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels inside your building. All of these are critical to maintaining a healthy and clean indoor environment. Consider the following:
Building Pressure: by maintaining slightly positive indoor building pressure, you ensure that the air entering the building comes in through the HVAC filtration system on the roof. The filters inside your HVAC's catch the pathogens and dirt in the air stream. Correct pressure keeps exhaust fumes, bugs, dirt, and unwanted humidity from entering through windows and doors. It also ensures that all of the air in the building passes through the rooftop filter system.
